Diana Cerini is Full Professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Milan Bicocca, Department of Law. She is a visiting professor at the Université de Luxembourg and has taught in numerous foreign universities. She is the author of books and articles on insurance law, financial services, civil liability and procurement, among others. She has conducted research both nationally and internationally. She is a lawyer enrolled in the Special Section of the Milan Bar and she was a member of the Financial Banking Arbitrator from 2012 to 2018 upon appointment of the Bank of Italy.
